I am buying parts for new gaming oriented PC with following parts
CPU: Intel Haswell i5-4690K, LGA1150, 3.5GHz, 6MB, Boxed
RAM:Crucial 8GB (2 x 4GB) Ballistix Sport, DDR3 1600MHz, CL9, 1.5V
MOBO: AsRock H81M-DGS R2.0, LGA1150, Intel H81, DDR3, mATX
GPU: Asus GTX 960 Mini OC, 2Gb GDDR5, PCI-E 3.0
PSU:Corsair 650W, VS650, ATX
HDD: Some WD blue from my closet
The question is, will this mobo be compatible with all my parts? And if not, which would? Also I don't need/have money for expensive mobo, and no, I will not OC my CPU with that mobo, I might do it later when I upgrade to better one.

Solution
There is a chance that the board will need a BIOS update. The 4690K was designed for optimal performance on the Z97 chipset. The H81 board could have the compatible BIOS, or it could not. If the BIOS is not compatible you would have to purchase an Intel CPU that is out of box compatible with the H81 chipset.

And that brings us to the point you don't want to read based on the details in your question. Purchase a cheap Z97 board and you won't need to worry about compatibility issues.

The ASRock Z97M Anniversary is only 74 bucks.
