Grand Theft Auto V stuttering on medium-high setting

Here's my rig:
Intel core i7 4702MQ
Nvidia Geforce GT 750M
8GB RAM
Windows 8.1 64-bit

GTA 5 runs on my rig at medium-high settings flawlessly(the fps is around 30-50). The only problem is that it stutters a lot. It stutters more in open city and even more while driving. It's really annoying! ********PLEASE HELP*******

Turn your settings down. If it were running flawlessly, it wouldnt stutter. You are expecting way too much out of your laptop.

It's normal that the FPS goes down when you're driving. Just because the FPS are around 50 outside of the city, don't expect it to be the same inside the city. Your GPU is a bit weak, your CPU should be doing fine though.

Yep, like already said...the only way to play without laggs is to lower your settings a bit. Try the AA stuff first because it uses most of the GPU power.

Actually it even stutters on the lowest settings, so its not lag!

At some points a GT750M drops to 20 fps even on lowest settings possible @ 1024x768. Look up some benchmarks.
So yes, it is still lag. A GT750M is just not made for gaming like this.

Well the sound also stutters!!! And I have done the in-game benchmark and I didn't see any fps drops when it stutters.

Huh I have the same issue too... well sort of...I just don't know what's the problem because my GPU is strong enough!!
