memory problem fury

asrock 970 pro 3 r2.0..
AMD FX 8320
Sapphire r7 265 dualx
2x4gb kingston heperx fury
Win 7 Ultimate 64bit

The problem is that windows can see only 3.9 gb of 8.
In bios detect all of 8gb but runs only in single channel.
any suggestions?

I uptaded my bios to 1.8
i have tried everything i know.

Let's start with some basic troubleshooting.

Boot the machine with only one memory module. Does it see 3.9 or 4.0 GB?
Then boot it with only the other module. Same question.

If one module doesn't work, that's the solution right there. If they both work, we can try putting them in different slots.

What slots are they in? Guessing 1-3 or 2-4 from CPU. If so try in 1-2 and let us know - also let us know what cooler, if too tight in a corner or side can throw off your MC (memory controller) and often 'lose' a channel
