I'm Looking For a CPU for my r7 260x GPU and 8GB Ram For Gaming But I'll not Overclock it what should i buy Fx4300 Or Fx6300 and what compatible motherboard

You should get the FX-6300. It has more cores so it will have better performance in multi-core utilising games and applications. A good motherboard as an Asus M5A97 R2.0.

ASRock 970 Pro3 R2.0 is cheap and compatible with FX cpu, the 6300 is better if you can afford it.

But the AMD Athlon X4 860K is cheaper and have better single core performance than the FX, its a quadcore and have cheaper and better motherboards

I'm from egypt and we dont have X4 860k Here Right Now :[ :[ But i can wait
if i Got it and didn't overclock is it will be good for new games like Dying Light BF4 and GTA V with r7 260x
and what compatable
