Is there a difference between the low profile GTX 750ti and the full sized GTX 750 ti?

Low profile one generally will consume less power, take up less space, cost less. Full size will take up more space, more power, cost more and has a better cooler. It is slightly overclocked and yes, it will perform slightly better. Most cards come with low profile brackets too if thats what you're worried about.

I live in the US so I'm not too sure. 750tis usually go for around $150 here, if you found a deal that you like I'd go for it. 750ti is pretty much hands down the best card IF size\power is a concern.
