Ever since I installed a new graphics card I have been getting multiple blue screens for almost a whole year now the most common one being KERNAL_DATA_INPAGE_ERROR. I have tried fixing it myself and have done almost everything possible. My temps are fine from what I know and I have taken out my Graphics card and used driver sweeper to uninstall the drivers for my graphics card and have done a numerous amount of other things. This is a cry for help because I don't have any clue of what to do.

Here is my pc specs:
CPU: FX 6300
GPU: EVGA GTX 760 SC
PSU: 600W
RAM: 2x4GB
Motherboard: Asrock 960GM-VGS3 FX
Hard Drive: 500GB
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate

Sorry for the lack of detail on my pc specs.

Hey Elavine. I've done a bit of research on your error code and Microsoft suggests that the issue is either HDD or RAM related (https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms854944.aspx).

This guide provides steps to check your HDD when it next restrarts, the guide is for Windows Vista but the same steps apply for Windows 7 (http://www.howtogeek.com/howto/windows-vista/guide-to-using-check-disk-in-windows-vista/).

Sorry it took me so long to respond. I know that that's what KERNAL_DATA_INPAGE_ERROR means and that's what I thought the problem was for a while but my hard drive worked on another pc previously and I have taken out individual ram sticks and played some games that bluescreen often and they still bluescreened. Also recently the bluescreens I have been getting don't even have error codes. Whats that supposed to mean?

Hi. I've had the no error code bluescreens before. There's a tool called BlueScreenView (http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/blue_screen_view.html), download and open it and it should find all of the log files for the blue screens, see what error codes it goves for the.

I have 2 error codes. One being INTERRUPT_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED and CRITICAL_OBJECT_TERMINATION.

Both of these codes appear to be quite rare according to Microsoft. Could you try installing all updates available (including optional ones) from Windows Update please? Let me know if this helps your issue.

I always had trouble with windows update because the updates would never download so I decided to spend my whole day yesterday trying to fix it and I did. I installed all of the updates( and they're were a lot of them) and so far no bluescreens. I'll tell you if they're are anymore bluescreens. Thank you for your help.

Hi. Could you follow these steps please:

1. Press "Windows"
2. Enter "cmd" (without speech marks)
3. Right click "Command Prompt"
4. Select "Run as Administrator"
5. Enter "sfc /scannow" into Command Prompt followed by enter
6. Wait for the scan complete

Let me know the results of the scan.

No. I jumped on 7 days to die and 5 to 10 minutes in I got KERNAL_DATA_INPAGE_ERROR. If it means anything, Its only particular games that bluescreen. and also I notice weird sounds coming from my computer before it bluescreens. It sounds like my graphics card fans are stopping and starting again.

I guess I'm not gonna get my problem fixed. My only option now is to just get another pc entirely. Thats gonna be a while. A really long while. Like $1000 dollars long.
