Looking for a laptop around $400

I will be using it for my school work and minecraft without mods and i have a restricted budget because i blew $1600 on a desktop gaming pc

I've also been looking for a laptop around the $400 range, here are the best laptops that I've found

I think i'm going to go for the top one, amd-7400p scores higher than intel i5-5200u, and the amd r6 graphics scored higher than the intel graphics as well.
The top one also has 2gb more ram, and 500 gb more hd space.

Have a look at the Acer Aspire V 15 Touch V3-572P-326T.

Costs around $390 and meets all your requirements easily. In fact, has a fifth gen Core i3, along with a 1TB HDD and 6GB RAM. Touch screen as well and has Windows 8.1

It's number 1 on this list and probably the best laptop under $400.
