How are the fans that come inside the Cooler Master Storm Stryker setup?

Is the rear fan set for exhaust?
I plan to take out the top fan so no problem there
Are the front fans set to intake?

The front fans are intake, in Stock setup they pull air in from the front left of the case pushing toward the cable management area across the drive bays. It is a simple task to flip the drive cages around so that they pull toward the exhaust fan at the back, though. Stock fans are the 140mm exhaust at the rear, 2 120mm accross the drives to the right of the case, and intake at the top.
