I lowered the Temp in my Room to keep my Computer cooler.
Before I lowered it, the temp was 25 C. I lowered the Temp a few degrees to 22.°C
Will it make any difference?
Thanks.

The difference won't be worth making a room an uncomfortable temperature for people. I wouldn't worry about room temperature unless it is excessive. Anything that is comfortable for you is probably fine for your computer.

At work we have to keep our server closet well ventilated even in the Winter. This is because the server kicks out a ton of heat 24 hours a day in a tiny room. When we first set it up without worrying about temperature it was noticeably hot in the room compared to the rest of the office.

I have noticed that the spare bedroom I have turned into a little office in my house gets a couple degrees warmer after gaming for a couple hours with two GTX 970s kicking out heat. It doesn't get to the point where it's worrying...
First off, I would advise you to set the temperatures to centigrade. That is the norm.

75 F = 24 C

The CPU air cooler can at best efficiency cool to approximately 5 degrees C above ambient room temperature. Therefore lowering the room temp a few degrees will lower the CPU temperature by a few degrees. But as you near room temperature, the change in CPU temperature will be reduced.

With a quality CPU cooler, I shoot for an idle CPU temperature of 27-30 C.

It doesn't get to the point where it's worrying like our server closet at work though. Like I said before, if the room is comfortable for you it's probably cool enough for your computer.
