I want to overclock my gtx 970 g1 gaming I don't know what his limit and I want to know how much I can produce with him without a significant risk.I will use msi aftuerburner,or you recommend me to use another software to overclocking?
What should I put in each category?

I managed to get to 1596Mhz with the exact same card, it varies from card to card a lot, but gigabyte ones are the best for overclockcing having looked at benchmarks. I did eventually turn the Mhz down though to 1400, because although it was quite rare, I did occasionally crash because of it. so if you want to play it safe stick at no higher than 1400-1500Mhz

But what are the numbers I need to put each category?

There only part you want to play safe with is voltage supplied to GPU. Setting clock too high will just result in pc crashing or freezing ... then you just dial back the clock.
Usually for every 1 Mhz you raise on core clock it's 2 on memory clock. I would go 50 core/ 100 memory Mhz at a time and see when it crashes. Then dial it down a bit and find your stable setting. Monitor temps and fan speed. You can always bump voltage if the temps are within limits ( 70 - 80 under load is fine)
