I have had my pc for about a year and a half and i have had no major issues, but after my computer gets to the widows is starting up screen then it blacks out. I have tried to unplug my gpu and just use the mother board and it works. I have also tried to go in with integrated graphics and reinstall the the drivers, but that did not work. also all of the hardware inside my pc seems to be working fine.

system specs:
CPU: amd fx 6300
GPU: MSI AMD Radeon HD 7770
PSU: 500w
RAM: 8gb
HDD: 1tb

Ah! I had the same problem but my solution was to get a new wireless network card! That may not be your problem though. This can be caused by GPU failure however.

Hope I helped~

Thank you for the reply. I do not think the network is a problem though. this is because i use direct connection to the internet, and hopefully it is not gpu failure.

You mean you tried OOCT PSU test and no problem?.

Im starting to think that you changed the display screen in nvidia control panel to another...

You can try this:

Hi, I have had a similar problem. Follow these steps and it should work:

Reboot PC, and presss F8 button repeatedly to enter safe mode menu
Choose Safe Mode with Networking Support
Sign in as usual to PC, as safe mode resets your default settings for display drivers
Right click on Computer, choose Properties and then Device Properties
Locate graphics card on list (will be under display adaptor)
Right click, and "uninstall".
Check to "Delete Software Also"
When completed, choose "Restart Later"
Click on the "Detect Hardware Changes" button in the Device Manager screen
Let the card set up again, then this time restart the pc.
Should be sorted - failing that the only thing to do is a roll-back.
