Alright, so im upgrading some stuff in my computer. I have upgraded my CPU and im looking to upgrade my motherboard aswell. Im just wondering if the CPU is compatible with the motherboard and my video card. I also only have a 300W PSU at the moment, and im not sure if 300W is enough to run with this setup.

Is there space enough in the cabinet i have chosen?
Is the motherboard, the CPU and my video card compatible?
Is the a 300W PSU enough? If not, how much do i need then?

Also my video card is called "NVIDIA GeForce GT 440". I couldn't find it in pcpartpicker.

But with these components it says "Some AMD 970 chipset motherboards may need a BIOS update prior to using Vishera CPUs." (http://gyazo.com/28ce9dae9e68e11902e1c25220202066)

What does this mean?

Solution
I think your graphics card must be an oem only model that was never retailed as a graphics card .

A couple of things to address in your part list .
The motherboard will work . The warning about the BIOS update is about the 970 series boards being released before the FX processors were available . They needed a firmware update to recognize the processor . But this is old news and it will not affect mb's made in the last two years .
Having said that the board you have chosen is too cheap for long life and cool running .

ATX is a standard size so all ATX motherboards fit all ATX cases . Everything fits .
The case you have chosen includes a very cheap power supply . Basically junk assembled into a box . No point paying for that since...

I edited your list . Better mb , better psu , and a case in that budget range . There are many other case options of course and if you search fr ATX mid tower cases you will find something that suits you

Thank you for the answer. I am trying to buy all the stuff from one website, and the PSU you linked isn't on the website. Will this PSU fit as well? (http://pcpartpicker.com/part/corsair-power-supply-rm550)

A friend of mine just told me that i would regret buying the GIGABYTE motherboard? He told me that i would be outdated in like 6 months or so? But when my friend normally buys stuff for his pc, he always overkill. Im not sure, if it's because he wants me to overkill. Do you have any idea, why he would say this? Because it seems to me, that you know a lot more than him.
