I have that same cpu mobo, using Mushkin Redline 1866 1.5 v CL9 ram.
If I remember correctly the cpu/chipset only supports up to 1866 ram, so that ram may not run at 2400. Double check the mobo manual in case I am brainfarting here . As in the ram would work perfectly fine, but you wouldn't be able to have a bios option for 2400.
If that was the case, you would likely be able to run it at 1866 with much tighter timings, (CL9 at least), and get just as much performance as CL10 at 2400.
