SAS Hard drive won't spin

Guys, i just moved my pc to another cab now one of two sas HD are not spining, tryed both ports, both cables etc.

Question is, could be normal due de raid 0 setup or is just wrong and HD should be spining? There is something i should try before get a new one?

Run crystaldiskinfo. If it says caution or warning for the hard drive status, you should replace it

But thing is that, that pc is not working, i don't have another one to connect this HD :/ Thx any way

Did you enable the controler as sas?

Yeah! In fact one of the HD is detected while the other one it is not, the one is detected works at any port, while the other one that is not detected doesn't work at any port and i dont feel or listen that it's moving inside, there is where my doubt resides.

could be the onboard controller has went bad. No idea with out being able to look at it or test it. have you looked closely at the power conector on the drive or the connector on the controller board to see if irs cracked or something on it. Couls try cleaning them with rubbing alchohol or contact cleaner.

Thx for answer, i dont think this could be the mobo or controller because the other disk runs norma at both ports, and yeah, i'll try to clean it more deply and i'll let you know guys, thx!

Guys, just to update this info hoping helps some one in the future...

Hard drive it's broken, a guy tolds me that it's maybe the fuse diode, i he says it's kind of "easy" to repair it, to be honest i didn't wont to find how difficult could be so i bought a new hard drive and everything it's working.

So conclusion is: No, is not normal that Hard drive wont sping up when you plug it to it's cable, and besides that, there is a green led light that has to turn on as soon you turn on your computer.
