Choosing new Rams

Hello guys im buying new RAMS mine are old and a I think they are a a bit broke can u tell me wich are the best and if i can get better ones for the same price range. Thank you very much.

MOBA:Asus p8h77-M Pro
CPU:i7 3770
HDD:Im also buying a new hdd/sdd and hybrid (no money for ssd and my hdd is old and dying)
GPU: Gigbayte Gtx 970 g1 gaming
Rams:
G.SKILL PC3-12800 1600MHZ 8GB RIPJAWSX CL8 XM (2X4GB) DDR3- 72 euros
G.SKILL PC3-12800 1600MHZ 8GB ARES BLUE CL8 (2X4GB) DDR3- 75 euros
G.SKILL PC3-12800 1600MHZ 8GB RIPJAWSX CL9 (2X4GB) XL DDR3- 63 euros

Get the first one. Gskill 1600Mhz CL8

Any of those will be fine, the CL8 sticks are a little better but won't be noticible, might be best to save the extra they would cost and apply that to the new drive, go with the Ripjaws X 1600/9

Ok thank you mine (the old ones) are kingston CL9 1333mhz but old, my sata is 5600rpm SATA II, so will I notice alot of differences when i change my hardware?
I really dont have the money to buy a better drive im going to buy an Hybrid (hdd and ssd) 7200 rpm SATA III, and then, when I have more money (christmas probably) I will buy a good 120/(or more) Gb ssd and more RAM so I have 16gb Ram .Do you think this is a good idea?
