newly built gaming pc no display last one wasnt solved

So i just built my first gaming pc. i put everything together but get no display ive used my hdmi and dvi and nothing works

Specs
-Gigabyte GA-F2A78M-HD2-motherboard
-Evga Geforce GTX 750 ti Sc 2gb-GPU
-Evga 600B 600w - PSU
- (2x4) 8GB ram PNY ddr3 1600mhz
-AMD Athlon x4 860k - CPU

ive literally tried everything i suppose i just really need help. please help me

Are you connecting the HDMI and DVI to the graphics card and not the motherboard? Also, is your CPU power cable plugged into the motherboard (to supply electricity to the CPU)? Are the fans running and is the computer itself remaining on?

plugged into graphics card and everything is plugged in properly

Are the HDMI and DVI fully secure? Have you used the cables and monitor before? Are the fans all running (especially the CPU fan)? Are there any beeps from the internal speaker? Do you have the internal speaker plugged in?

sorry accidently selected solution but yes all fans are running cpu,gpu, and psu and sys fan and the hdmi is fully secure

try switching ram slots. its a combination of slot 1 and 3 or 2 and 4. Same thing happened to me when i built my pc and upgraded my laptop, sometimes even alternating them fixes the issue. Anyways just inform us how it turned out

Remove the cpu fan/heatsink by rotating it counter clockwise to break the seal between the cpu and heatsink. Then take out the cpu and check for bent pins.

i had anti-static wrist strap so no what would be a good motherboard affordable that can run amd x4 860k and overclock it
