They are both 750ti's, however they both have slightly different coolers (although very little difference) One is slightly higher clocked than the other.
So unless you plan on Overclocking both of them are basically the same and will perform the same.
The only difference FTW has is extra power phases possibly resulting in better overclocking of the card, if you're not interested just buy the cheapest one of the 2.
