Is the computer I made. But as soon as I turn it on, the computer just keeps rebooting. I noticed none of the USB devices (keyboard and mouse) even turn on. I double checked all the connections and they all seem to be in place. Yes, I have everything connected to power the motherboard. It lights up and everything. So does the GPU. Fans run fine on those and the PSU. Case fans do not but those aren't plugged in (missing the cable for them.) HDD and SSD are connected through SATA. Unplugging the power for either does not work. CD drive definitely works, tried putting a CD in when it was running and when it restarted I could hear it reading it. Is there any advice for what else I could do?

A few possible problems could be causing this:

1. When you installed the motherboard into the I/O shield you may have accidently push 1 o the metals grounding points outside the case. Ensure there are no metal grounding points sticking out of the I/O shield.
2. You may have wired the reset switch incorrectly. Double check this connection
3. Make sure your motherboard is installed correctly on the standoffs.

1. I checked the I/O shield and there don't seem to be any metal grounds protruding outside the case. It all seems to be fine.

2. I rotated the reset switch 180 degrees. Same problem. I even unplugged it. Same problem.

3. Yep. All points are on stand offs that are firmly in the case.

No signal to the monitor, no power to USB, nothing. Everything runs though.

Edit: MB manual says it may be a problem with the GPU not inserted properly? But its in the PCI Express 16 slot and it lights up and has the fans spinning. Only thing I could think of is this. But I don't think it has to be plugged in anywhere? I don't see where it could go. http://i.imgur.com/NWjR99G.jpg The one with the thick cross next to it.

Same problem. Replaced the mobo, still the same issue.
