Ok, so I had only one account on my computer. Then I tried to make a guest account, when I logon on I get:
The User Profile Service service has failed the logon.
User profile cannot be loaded.
So can someone help me.
I surfed the web, and nothing worked for me!
I tried the regedit thing with the .bak and refcount
I tried everything on Microsoft's help thread.
Also my admin account still works, but my guest does not.
I tried creating out admin and standard users but I got the same error.
The only account that works is my admin.
Can someone please help?
(Please don't post system restore, since I have a lot of stuff and no where to back it up to)

Solution
Buy yourself an external 1GB or 2GB hard drive and back up your data to it.

Now re-install Windows or perform a Factory Recovery, whichever is possible in your case.

it's alright saying you don't have a backup drive, but that's not my fault. You absolutely need one.
What do you think is going to happen to your data when the internal drive fails (and it will one day)?
