Is my PC better than the next gen consoles?

just wondering if you could tell me if my PC specs are better than the next gen consoles.
here are the specs:
AMD Quad Core 760k @ 3.8GHz
8GB DDR3 Ram @ 1600MHz
MSI A78M-E35 Motherboard
Corsair CX 430 Watt PSU
Nvidia Geforce GTX 750 FTW edition 1GB GDDR5 VRam

What you're asking is like asking if apples are better than oranges. Yes, your PC hardware capabilities may exceed a console's hardware capabilities, but it all falls on the software. There is a reason you cannot take an XBox game disc and drop it into a PC and play the game. It's completely different software, written for completely different specifications.

You can't (or shouldn't) really compare the two.

GPU wise you're on the limit, i don't know if it was a rumor but i heard consoles have an HD 7850/7870 which is a competent card, so the 750 is right on the limit, the Ti version is above for sure

You can run games, med on 768p low on 1080p, try to play on 1366x768 if the game is new, like The witcher 3

i could be completely wrong and i'm always open for friendly correction
