PSU buzzing sound

Hello.
Recently i completed my new build and my psu is acting weird. It makes buzzing/static noise when i am browsing interner or not gaming, but when i am gaming weird sound goes away.
Should i be worried or that is normal.

coil whine dude, some of the cheaper brands are just more loud than others. If it is really bothering you either RMA or if feeling more adventures, there are tutorial where people cover Nail polish or hot glue on capacitors, which apparently helps with the sound.

But yeah the noise is normal.
