My machine has a 750 W SMPS. It is drawing power via an APC 1.5 KVA UPS. With a power factor of 0.8 it can power up devices upto 1.2KW.
Now my question is, during idle conditions when my machine is drawing power in the range of 300-400 Watts, at that time does the power the UPS is drawing from the network also drops or it remains pegged at 1.5KVA.
