Abysmal new SSD speed

So, I bought myself an SSD for my build (HyperX Fury 120GB). After installing Windows 7, it's perfect. After a restart or two, it's slower than a hard drive. Takes at least 10 seconds to load the Computer tab on the start menu, when typing cmd it takes at least 3 seconds to find anything and I get an absolutely horrible transfer rate of <10 MB/second every single time I transfer something. Any help is much appreciated.
In CrystalDiskMark I get a Seq. Read of 237 and Write of 195.
Note: Programs like Chrome, Control Panel and IE work as normal.

Was the install of Windows 7 fresh or did you move the OS over from another drive? When was the last time you did a virus scan? What software did you use for the scan?

Open task manager, sort by disk usage and see what programs are using lots of disk, if any.
