amd radeon msi r9 270x resolution problem

Hello everyone I bought amd radeon msi r9 270x and I have samsung LS23C570 WITH HDMI input an vga. when I switch to 1080p it's clear and good resolution but sreen gets smaller and I get black spots around it, and when I switch to little low resolution it fits in screen but resolution is blurry. Can you tell me what to do if you want I can picture what I mean

Try going to your CCC and look for My Digital Flat panels/Scaling Options. Move the slider to the left and back to the right. Save and exit.
If that doesn't fix it, try the HDTV Support section. Se if one of the other modes will work.
