Which is better ?

i'm looking to upgrade my power supply and i wanna know if ZALMAN ZM850 is better than Seasonic M12II 750W or not

Well its not bad but in terms of quality I don't think it quite matches the seasonic. Do you need 850watts? what are your system specs?

If you intend to overclock at all, I'd say neither. Otherwise, get the Seasonic in 850W since you don't need six rails...ever.

You could get by with 600watts if you wanted to i figured you had a sli rig or something. The saesonic scores higher than the zalman in every professional review i have seen. But personally this is what i would recommend over both of those.
