My Asus laptop had a restart message from AVG so I restarted but did not plug it in before I left. After plugging it in and turning on, it stuck on "diagnosing" for 2 days. I powered off then back on pressing f9 and got stuck on blue screen.

Have you tried booting to safe mode (if Win7 or earlier? Or tried system repair using an OS disk?
