I upgraded my video card but my GTA 5 crashes five minutes after I started the game. What should I do? Please help me

CPU: Intel Core i5-4460 3.20GHz
GPU: Nvidia GeForce GTX 960
RAM: 8GB

I could run this game Before but only with 10-15 FPS so I replaced my Graphics card to a GeForce GTX 960 but now I can run the game with 60-80 FPS but it crash 5 min after I started the game. What Should I do? I have tried to lower the settings to the lowest settings you can have but it still crash. Please help me what should I do?

It's always tricky upgrading from AMD to nVidia.

Check your file systems and ensure that all folders including "AMD" or "ATI" are gone.

Also, do you have the most up to date driver for your 960?
