Should I upgrade from GTX 760 to GTX 970/AMD equivalent?

So I have a GTX 760. I was wondering if it was worth it to upgrade to a 970 or an AMD equivalent, or should I hold off till the 870 (NVIDIA's next gen) to upgrade. I could SLI the cards but it's not worth it, old 760 go for 250 in my area.

The games I play are:

GTA 5

BF4

FIFA 15

CSGO

etc.

I would wait until the next gen cards release. I was initially running a GTX 760 in my rig. It performs pretty well on these titles. I decided to SLI mine, as I got another from a friend for $100. The performance difference is just too small for the amount of money that you will spend now.
