I have been driven mad by my 390 BE. it just keeps crashing!!!!

did:

    1. DDU - wipe
    2. diskcleanup
    3. ccleaner clean/registrycleanfix
    4. amd 3xx 15.15 driver install
    5. msconfig selective startup- disable all non-ms goods

The random crashes continue under gaming load and random during video.

is anyone else having these issues? xfx said "you are the first to complain" i can't be. i had this issue with the xfx 390 standard and now the black edition.

Are you playing a game? What are you doing on the pc at the time of the crash?
Is the game crashing GTAV??? That game got a problem with crashes that is not hardware related.
Mine runs like a champ and i have a significantly lower quality PC.

When you say "crash" what do you mean?
EXE crash to desktop?
BSOD crash dump?
What does your event viewer say?

We really need more info, i'm guessing this is why you haven't gotten any responses.

there a picture of one of the error above. there are BSOD " :( " crashes.... old fashion nes solid color failures, freezing failures.

not to be a jerk but, i am unaware of the protocol for saying, "i have errors and crashes"

no idea what to look for in the event viewer.

After a Crash.
Start Menu - Search
Event Viewer
Errors
Last 24 hours - less than an hour ago
What is listed? Are they pointing at EXE's? ATI drivers?

BSOD means there is crash dump info - i see no picture, the error should point to something fairly specific.

We can certainly help you out with this but instead of asking how to use event viewer, google how to use event viewer, and come back with your results.

1. i'm pretty sure i didn't ask "how" to use anything. fix your tone, man.

2. the picture is sitting there but, for some reason it's not showing up for you. i can see it

3. i'll see if i can get a crash and share the event log details
