Over the past few weeks, my computer has gone from being amazing to freezing/crashing on startup, unresponsive programs, and other weird things such as programs disappearing from Desktop, etc. I've checked my SSD and HDD for performance and errors and somehow they've both gained a substantial amount of performance with no errors found. CPU temps are good (81f), GPU temps are good (113f), normal RAM/CPU usage, all fans are spinning, and no error codes anywhere. I haven't installed any new programs for a while besides Fallout 3 and Eclipse. Also, I have checked and found no viruses. Not sure what's going on.

do you have the Corsair Link Software installed if you do remove it.
I built a computer some weeks ago and the Corsair Link Software was freezing and Radom restart the system removed it and all is good
