so this is what i do some troubleshooting a pc is it ok to do that or i need to just hard power off from the power button :v

Solution
Well, generally no, it wont harm the psu or pc.
Only exception is pretty much if you are using it (Like in windows) and power cuts out which can lead to some save operation to disk being incomplete/corrupt.
In most cases that will not break the parts themselves though.

If you absolutely needed to cut power, I would do a hard power off with the button. When you simply pull the plug, the PSU can still hold a substantial charge.

I would hard power off with the button, unplug the power cord, then press the power button 2-3 times to drain the rest of the system power.
