I have a problem with my computer. Every time I leave it on for more than 30 min without using it, it won't respond when i try to use it again. The screen goes black, which it's supposed to do after 10 minutes, and it responds when I try to use it again, as long as it's not more than 30 min. If it goes more than 30 min it stops responding. Usually when a computer goes into sleep mode, it shuts down and lights are turned off, including mouse and keyboard. But not here. everything is still on, but not responding. I can usually just klick the mouse or type on the keyboard, but it wont respond. Not even when i press the power button. I have to force it to shutdown for it to work again. Does anyone know how to fix this?
i have changed the settings so it won't go into sleep mode, but it still is happening.
