I bought a new video card Sapphire Vapor X R9 280x, but my case is a CM Storm Scout (1) and did not fit this card, what do I want to know is whether with a (CoolerMaster HAF XB EVO RC-902XB-KKN2) is possible to do this.

My motherboard is an Asus M5A97 LE 2.0, it is a little big I'm afraid that does not fit within that case. The reason being this is because he is pretty cheap in my country, which are normally expensive the cases.
  Thank you very much.

I suggest if you have bought the components except the case then go ahead to a an electronic computer store and ask a technician by displaying your components to him/her that they will fit or not because seeing reviews online won't help that much as compared to technician's knowledge.Because if you buy a case right now it'll be a big risk because if it doesn't fit then your money will be wasted although if the store has exchange then policy then above mentioned case (cooler master) is apparently OK.Otherwise I suggest go to store and display them your components and ask them which case is suitable.

Cheers!

are there any extra hard drive holders in the case that r in the way ??? if so just remove them

Its just a matter of simple research.

If you go to the company's website you can get the specs of the case (the Stacker or any other case you are interested in). In the specs it tells you the GPU depth it supports: http://www.coolermaster.com/case/mini-itx-haf-series/haf915f/

In regards to the motherboard, the M5A97 is a standard ATX motherboard. These will not fit in mATX or ITX cases. You need a full ATX case.

In the situation of the Stacker 915, that is an ITX case so NO YOUR MOTHERBOARD WILL NOT FIT, NOT BY A LONG SHOT.

I don't know what country you are in, or what is available to you but here is a few decent quality cases that will fit your full ATX motherboard and should not be too horribly expensive.

Zaleman Z3
NZXT 210
Corsair 100r
Rosewill Challenger
Cooler Master Elite 430
Cooler Master HAF 912

Now you should measure your GPU (or lookup specs) and research the case to make sure your GPU will fit.
EDITED:
Most 280x are not that deep unless you got a triple fan model

I suggest pay a visit to a technician (in electronic stores) he/her would will do the job instead of wasting time! Then there would be no excuses.
