Hi, I have got an question

I've got geforce 8500gt GPU
CPU is i3 530 2.93 GHz
PSU is 450
Ram is 4 GB

Oky my question Is if m gonna put gtx 750 in exchange of 8500 gt ,will it bottleneck my CPU?! Will there be certain performance drop of my GPU,can u describe in % ?

a well known computer mechanical told that ,"this GPU won't work the way it has to work, I mean it will only give 50% of its performance at most.

Look at the specs in the BIOS for the power or using a utility. Intel boards provide one that is somewhat better since the power is for when using Windows. You also get other items like SMART status of drives.

It is a good time to replace that aging card and generally the 750Ti is a good selection. As long as you don't plan on high settings at high resolution and the latest demanding games it should work well. Other than games I don't know of any limitations to be concerned with. I3 is losing some interest but will last for a while and below 3 GHz is a good general purpose speed and the GPU shouldn't be bottlenecked.

No problem but you should really look at amps provided by the 12volt line. Of course if it is aging it might be good to replace but I'm over six years on my quality PSUs.

Anyway Thx, u r awesome guys u helped me alot ......... Though I have one simple and last question, wil my PSU handle all these stuffs without any problem ,like auto shut down or something related to it ?!
