Hello. I got my first actual gaming desktop today. Being the nosey kid I am, the first thing I did was remove the gpu. Just to look at it. No other reason. Pointless, really. Anyway, while removing the gpu I managed to slide the the plastic piece that surrounds the PCI pins themselves and bend almost every pin. Should i just go ahead and buy another one of the same mother boards or what?

I would replace the motherboard. You could possibly try to straighten them, but any mistakes may result in a short/electrical issue that could fry the card.
