Today I am supposed to be ordering my computer parts for a new build and I had everything picked out and then I looked at my case yesterday and it went up from $69 to $130. I was going for the fractal design arc midi r2 which in my opinion was a nice case. I have some cases that I might go for: Corsair 300r, Corsair 230T, Fractal design define s, and the CM Storm Enforcer. I would like a case with good airflow and not too loud and somewhat able to be taken places without it taking damage in the car ride. It has to be a mid tower because I don't like cubed cases or minis. My budget is $50-70, but I am willing to push it to $80 if the case is worth it. I'm not a big fan of leds, but if it is worth buying the case I wont be picky. I am going to be overclocking. Thank you for the help!

My New Build
CPU: AMD FX-8320
GPU: MSI R9 270x
PSU: Corsair CX600W
Motherboard: Asus M5A99FX PRO R2.0 ATX
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 2x4GB
Hard Drive: WD Blue 1TB
Optical Drive: Waiting for a case
CPU Cooler: Buying later

Solution
CASE - The Corsair 300r is a solid case. A bit plain looking, but good airflow, bottom mount PSU, front USB 3.0 and fits long video cards.
PSU - Skip that Corsair power supply. ...nothing from them that starts with Builder or C as they have poor capacitors. Best to just stick with XFX or Seasonic, but just be sure to choose something on the Tier 1 or Tier 2 list. http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/id-2547993/psu-tier-list.html
CPU Cooler - The Hyper 212 EVO is a great budget cooler. Buy and install it now. You don't want to have to pull the motherboard out of the case later when you need to get to the back it to install the cooler.
OPTICAL DRIVE - Any will work. No need to overthink this decision.

Yeah I was also thinking the Corsair 300r. As for the PSU I already own it because I had a different computer and it quit so I'm just buying a new one. It did have some issues, but I did an RMA on it and they sent me a new one and it was working fine. I bought it for like $35 so it was a good deal and it will last don't really need more that 450-500W on this build. I guess I could fit in buying that CPU Cooler on my budget it isn't that expensive. The Optical Drive I was waiting on because I needed to know if I was doing external or internal (depending on what case). Anyway I do like the Corsair 300r so I think that is what I will be buying thank you for the help.

FWIW, the CX lineup from Corsair is rated at room temperature. After any amount of time being turned on (generating heat) its max output will drop (what we call an over-stated rating). Hopefully you won't see voltage drops at the same time which is common... Add to that the cheap capacitors and spontaneous "blow ups" and it doesn't make for a recommended PSU. You already have it so I understand using it. ...just don't push it near its limits as you won't get there.
