i5+gtx 970 for a good gaming performance, you can play beyond those 2 games, like GTA V, BF4, Witcher III at max settings.

Good luck.

If youre looking for league or cs:go at high settings, RafaSimpsons build is super duper overkill. If you want to reduce costs, look for a lower priced GPU like 750 ti or r9 270 and lower wattage psu. If you are fine with spending 800-900 dollars and are lookimg to go into other, higher demanding fames in the future, RafaSimpsons build is excellent.
