Choosing between 2 builds, please help!

I have two build's that are both X99 but I have made some changes between both of them and I really don't now which one to choose. The main difference between both of them are the mobo and memory.

I want you to decide which build would you go with, and a small explanation. If you feel that you would mix up the build to your own desire, feel free to speak up. I just want to know the general preference.

Will you be doing anything which can actually use 6 cores and 32gb RAM? If no you will get better performance from a 4790k and be able to plough money into other areas where you will see a gain.

Unless your more specific about its purpose you might be barking up the wrong tree with the X99 platform

I won't be too happy running 8x and 8x with 2 way SLI.
Bandwidth is limited, I like being rather free with 28 lanes.

4th Gen Processors don't leave room for things like M.2, SLI, and sometimes even USB. X99 is much more future proof.
