Does newegg extended warranty cover oc and modding of parts?

Does neweggs extended warranty, not the manufacturers cover like cpu overclocks or gpu modding. Do they care? or is it just an extended manufacturers warranty? Idk

Also like retailers in general with their warranty, do they care the part is modded?

Newegg does not "warranty" any products they sell. They have a return policy which allows you to return faulty, damaged, or DOA items. Newegg's return policy is similar to manufacturer warranty programs. If you cause the item to fail (through neglect or intentional modifications), the warranty is voided.
