I want to be able to play Minecraft + Shaders with a minimum 64x64bit texture pack at 60fps in full HD on max settings in the game

Watch youtube videos and movies at 60fps in 1080p

I am not a big hardcore pc gamer, so i wont need an expensive gpu. (2-4GB video memory prefered) also try to stay lower than $300 with the Gpu

have an intel i5 processor quad-core capable of going up to 3.5ghz at most

Windows 8 64bit OS (No pro version)

motherboard support for 1-2 3.0 usb ports

no optical drive

include an SSD minimum of 128GB & 1 TB hard drive 7200rpm

i dont mind going $100-150 above the budget

also include a monitor that can display 1080p and 60fps, minimum of 20" in width (touchscreen monitor is alright also)
