Pc keeps restarting, but not outputting signal.

Okay, i have a custom built pc, and it will just randomly restart. The temps aren't bad or anything.
But the weird thing is, when it restarts, there is no output to my monitor. The pc just turns on and the lights are on and the fans spin. What does this mean?

Specs:
Athlon x4 760k (stock clock)
MSI a58m e35 mobo
r9 270x gpu
1tb hdd
8 gigs of ram
600watt psu
please help

Sounds like one of the Display ports on your GPU are dead, Try using a different port using DVI or VGA or HDMI.
Or it could be that your Display cable is dead.
Try using a different cable?

And about your PC restarting? It may be because your Processor needs some more Thermal Compound?
or PSU problems
