What is the most complex game this can run

It can probably run any game at 1080p, just at low low settings

Correct. That seems like a good 720p rig, but I think you could get by with 1080p and low settings. Just mess around with it, and at 1080p try turning off or turning down FXAA

But in order to get the most out of that CPU, make sure to overclock it and get an aftermarket cooler like the Hyper 212 Evo or Hyper 212 Plus
Also you can get the FX 6300 which has two more cores for like $15 more. Just a thought

I don't have that specific chip, but I feel like you could get higher. Do you have an aftermarket cooler?

Ah okay. Well I have the Hyper 212 Plus and it works really well to keep the CPU cool, the Hyper 212 Evo is another great choice. Both run between $20 and $30 USD. Then just follow some guides on YouTube to overclock it
How long have you had this PC? Did you ask the original question because it's new or were you just curious?

ahh a little bit of both i got it about a month ago i just wanted to see what it would really do. because ive been playing bf3 high settings around 60+ fps i get about 50 fps on ultra 1080p

Some games that are more CPU intensive may cause it to struggle some more. Intel chips have "stronger" cores than AMD chips do. But you should be good to play pretty much anything, so long as you are okay with turning some settings down

This is the CPU cooler that came with your processor. It has one fan and cannot have two fans:

This is the Hyper 212 Plus. Most aftermarket coolers, such as this one, can have two fans, but tests have been done and there isn't much of an improvement in temperatures:

i have another stock cooler out of my old gaming pc. so i cant take the bolts out of my current cooler put another cpu fan on top of it and put the bolts back in? i dont see why not. that way i could have two fans ontop of each other both running air into the cpu

It'll work terribly as unless both fans are in perfect sync they'll cancel each other out.
The heatsink itself plays as big a part as the fan.
