First off thanks to all who are willing to help. I am planning on making a custom computer but since I have no clue on anything I would appreciate any help:

I was looking up some builds premade and came across this one:
http://pcpartpicker.com/p/Lspct6
but then later after looking in the comments someone was rambling on about problems with this and sent this link:
http://pcpartpicker.com/p/3wc83C
so I would like to know which would be better first off (confused more because of the difference in there prices) and if its truly worth it for both performance and stability(as in how long it will last and fit together). Also if you know of any other builds for somewhere around $1000 US dollars that may be better, or feel combining parts of those two would be for the best, then please inform me.
Also if something would be switched out inform me if I would need some sort of "adapter" to connect it to * or if it would fit as is.
Thanks for taking the time to help.
*Also sorry if this was in the wrong category, not sure the correct destination*

Solution
definitely..
adding an ssd for super speed daily computing..
970 is far superior than a 270x in any way u see it..
8350 just plain sucks compared to 4690k..
1000$ build is the way to go...

Alright thank you then :D
also would you have an idea on any particularly good ssds that may work well with the 1k or would the one listed work fine(OCZ ARC 100 240GB 2.5" Solid State Drive)? if not that's completely fine you already helped me out a bunch there.
