Solution
if cmd no result, try System Registry

regedit.exe

Select “Start” then “RUN”, write “regedit.exe” and press Enter.
Click “Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\”
Then select “CurrentControlSet\Control\StorageDevicePolicies”
Search “WriteProtect value” in the right-hand windows of Regedit.exe.
Double-click on it and change the Value data from 1 to 0
Click OK
Close regedit.exe and restart your computer
Hey there, master sanjib.

If neither of those solutions worked for you, it's possible that the USB flash drive might have failed. You could try those solutions with a different computer, to see if the same thing happens. Also, try with some of the formatting tools which are offered by some of the manufacturers for their USB flash drives and memory cards, to see if one of them helps you format your pen drive and remove the write protection.

Hope that helps.
