[SOLVED] Speed fan cannot change fan speeds

My FX 8350 is running at 50 degrees stock, but my stock cooler is only at about 1000 rpm, it isn't even spinning up more when I stress my CPU at over 70 degrees. Can somebody please help me to increase the fan speed to cool my CPU?

Post your build.

Your CPU cooler fans should be plugged into the CPU_FAN header on your motherboard. You should use your motherboard utility software to monitor cpu temp and fan speed and also be able able to change fan speed.

I have used the BIOS and it has no effect. Speedfan has no effect on the fan speeds at all. The CPU is still at 50 degrees at idle and over 70 degrees at load.

Nope, it still has no effect at all... I'm going to have to turn my pc off now because it is overheating but I will be able to reply on my phone.
