what's good static pressure with good performance-to-quite fans

Static pressure and quite are not two things that go hand and hand. I run the Corsair SP 120's in my case and have very good results with them. I also use Asus's AI suite 3 to control them, they are quite when need be but when doing 9+hour gaming sessions they will speed up and get louder.

EK-Waterblocks Vardar F4-120 are very quiet and powerful static pressure fans. I have replaced the Corsair SP120 on my H100i with them and both temperatur and noise went down.
Another good ones are Noctua NF-F12 IndustrialPPC-2000.
Noctua might be at around 30$ but Vardar is just around 20-25$.
I definitely recommend the Vardars.
If 2200RPM is too loud for your liking, there is also F3-120 which is 1850RPM, F2-120 which is 1350RPM and F1-120 which is 1100rpm.
