GPU idle temp is 45C even when fan speed is 100%

GPU idle temp is 45C even when fan speed is 100%. Could it help if i moved my pc to more open area? or should i just go and buy some better fans?

No need to worry here. Maybe it's just some dust in the fan or something like that and even if it's clean 45C is absolutely no problem. When it's hot outside my GPUs idle around 35-42C i think.
Any GPU can take up to 90C or more depinding on the model under load.

Some pictures and detailed PC specifications would help. Especially the GPU brand and model, case model, number of fans, CPU, cpu heatsink model.

Did you tried to clean the GPU heatsink? Is it a laptop or a desktop PC?

Also how do you know GPU temp and fan speed? You use GPU-z, MSI aferburner or some other similar program?

My GPU has an idle temp of 48 degrees with fans completely stopped.
