what are your full pc specifications?
from the soc specs it seems to be a BGA packaged soc, meaning there's a very high chance your processor is soldered to the pc/laptop motherboard and cannot be replaced (edit: by conventional (read:risky) means and without breaking standard warranty). if this is the case, you would be better off saving up for and buying a new pc.
