Hi,my internet speed is 1 MB but when i download a file like 1 GB file i get
110KB/sec. ,so please, anyone tell me if this speed is the normal speed or not and if not, anyone help me improve it, thanks.

Your 1Mb(bits) bandwith divided 8 (8bits=1byte) gives you 125kb(bytes), so yea it's normal. Don't worry. If you want higher you need to get a better connection (paying more, contact your provider).

Your download speed depends on many things. First the speed of the connection for the server you are downloading from. Not sure where you are, but here internet speeds are in megabits, not megabytes. It's a little misleading. So if you have a 8 megabit connection, it would actually be 1 megabyte. Assuming this your 110 kb speed would actually be correct.

Your internet connection of 256 kbps is raw bandwidth. Every time you make a connection, there is supplemental information sent and received. These are generally protocol specific headers / additional information (e.g. TCP headers / HTTP headers) and they add overhead to the overall communication reducing (normally only by a small amount, but still reducing) the total amount of bandwidth you have available for raw downloading of data.

Then your download speed is according to what you hired, however (as other users stated) by today's standards it's low if you plan to download games or HD movies in short time.
