Everything else except the RAM looks good. The RAM is a 2400 MHZ one you have selected. The motherboard there only supports upto 1866Mhz & 2000Mhz on OC. So I would suggest a 1866Mhz .

They are all compatible and will work fine. I would only reconsider the wifi card, as it is a very cheap one and will probably not perform very well. If you can use a network cable, otherwise get a good wifi card, not the cheapest.
